Usage Note 43124: Quality Knowledge Base (QKB) 2010B cannot be used with SAS® Data Quality Server 9.2 TS2M3

When you load Quality Knowledge Base 2010B using SAS Data Quality Server 9.2 TS2M3, error messages occurs in the log.
For example, you submit the following code:
%DQLOAD(dqlocale=(enusa), dqsetuploc="C:\Program Files\SAS\SASFoundation\9.2\dquality\sasmisc\dqsetup.txt" );
The following errors occur in the log:
NOTE: DQLOAD macro beginning.
(-1102) Unsupported locale name: en.loc
ERROR: DF_ERROR_LOCALE_NOT_LICENSED
ERROR: Unable to load the ENUSA locale.
ERROR: Error in the FILENAME statement.
NOTE: DQLOAD macro ending.
The error occurs because a line for the Global Quality Knowlege Base locale is missing in the license file.
Previous versions of the Quality Knowledge Base are not affected.

When applied, this hot fix will ensure that the Quality Knowledge Base 2010B and future Quality Knowledge Base releases are compatible with SAS Data Quality Server 9.2 TS2M3.
